Microsoft Word: For Beginners and Beyond

This four-lesson class series is for those who wish to begin or increase their ability to use Microsoft Word. We will take you from beginner tasks through more advanced concepts.
You use Microsoft Word in your daily life and business to create professional-looking documents such as resumes, letters, applications, forms, brochures, templates, business cards, reports, eBooks, and newsletters.
This class is for Word versions for Windows & Mac included in Microsoft Office releases from 2010 through 2021 and all releases of Microsoft 365 (formerly called Office 365).
Prerequisite: PC Computing Basics (formerly named Introduction to Computers) or comparable skills.
Lesson 1
● What is a document? ● Navigating a text document (ribbon, tabs, workspace) ● Basic functions (selecting text, cut/copy paste ● Creating, saving, and printing a document
